Horses are smart and emotionally intuitive animals, and they can act as mirrors. They can pick up on our emotions and reflect them back to us, helping us recognize what we may be feeling and how we are responding in certain situations.

Through a variety of activities, my students will be able to find out more about themselves and grow emotionally. Whether it be developing confidence, communication skills, or simply emotional regulation, Equine Assisted Learning provides the opportunity to learn, grow, and become more grounded.
